Come a long way
Modo has come a long way. Glad to have some options other than Autodesk products. With V-Ray, I am happy with using Modo as my main tool now. Have to try it!

MODO's render engine is great as it is. Vlado (Developer of V-Ray) didn't think he needed to port V-Ray to MODO originally. I'm glad he did though, it really adds to MODO's features and since I'm use to V-Ray for 3ds Max, it was easy to transition.

VRay comes to the greatest 3D package in the world!
I love Modo, and while its renderer is really quick and useful, VRay for Modo makes Modo even more powerful than it was before. I also really like seeing VRay in Modo's nice, clean, user interface. Chaos Group really worked hard to make the Modo Shader Tree and other such Modo specific features work with VRay as well.
